IFS Commands

You can perform operations on files and other objects in the IFS 
natively on the AS/400 using either menus and displays or by using CL 
commands. To display IFS menus, enter "GO DATA" on the OS/400 command 
line, then select "Integrated file system." To see a menu of Network 
File System commands, enter "GO CMDNFS", and to see a menu of user-
defined file system commands, enter "GO CMDUDFS".

One helpful feature of this list is that CL commands 
that perform the same operation as DOS or OS/2 commands list an alias 
- an alternative command name - alongside the command. For example, 
the IFS CL command RMVLNK can also be called using the more familiar 
DEL or ERASE aliases.
