Displaying a Progress Bar

Martin Rowe has a free Progress utility that displays a bar code on
line 24 or 27 of your display in the following form:

File upload progress  45% #####################.......................

The program can optionally display the bar as a solid bar of color. It can 
also send *INFO messages to the job log for batch jobs. The RPG source code
