Create A System Repair Disk In Windows 7

A handy feature of Windows 7 is the ability to create a bootable System Repair Disk that you can use when Windows will not start correctly. The disk loads the Windows Recovery Environment that includes some recovery tools and the command prompt. If Windows 7 will not start correctly, you can use the operating system CD/DVD to start the Windows Recovery Environment. However, if you do not have the CD/DVD, you can create your own recovery disk. To create a System Repair Disk in Windows 7: 1. Click Start, All Programs, Maintenance, and Create a System Repair Disk. 2. Insert a CD/DVD into your drive and click Create Disk. Windows 7 proceeds with creating a System Repair Disk.
